My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and some underwhelming aspects. The rooms were spotless and quiet, providing a spacious and beautiful setting; however, the emptiness of the space felt a bit depressing. The service was warm, friendly, and helpful overall, though there seemed to be an exception with the breakfast staff. The location felt like a mountain retreat, offering a stunning view from the gentle hills below. Dining was very good, with attentive staff, but some aspects of the hotel restaurant were disappointing. The facilities were modern and elegant, maintaining a luxurious touch.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were lovely and perfect for our stay in Gubbio, large and comfy, but there was a mix-up with the room type. The service was as attentive as ever, with a slight hiccup at breakfast. The location, in the small town of Gubbio, had its pluses and minuses, offering easy access to the town center but overlooking the car park. The dining experience was very good overall, except for the hotel restaurant. The facilities were great, making our stay enjoyable and convenient.
